We offer Self-catering cottages with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The cottages have fully equipped kitchens, a fireplace and an open plan living area and Braai facilities!  No phones, TV's or radios are supplied. Pets allowed in a few fenced cottages (arrange in advance). There is a swimming-pool with an astonishing view to the Jean's Hill. We also have wireless DSL in some cottages on request. We have facilities suitable for people with physical disabilities or who use a wheelchair.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Booking requirements: 50% Deposit within 48 hours. Full payment in advance of arrival.

Check-in from 14h00. Late arrivals MUST be arranged in advance. Departure by 10h00.

Cottages are equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware, electricity and gas, dishwashing liquid and dishcloths. Cottages are not serviced during your stay. A service fee of R140 can be paid per day for service during occupancy. Bed Linen is included and towels can be provided @ R60. 

Reservations cancelled less than 14 working days before arrival: Deposit will be forfeited
10% inconvenience fee charged for cancellation.

Guests Please Note

• Arrivals after 2 pm and departures before 10 am.
• Outstanding balance to be paid on arrival.
• Maximum 2 vehicles per cottage.
• No noise after 10 pm.
• Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement; fumigation fee of R 125 applies (once off).
• There are no TV in cottages.
• The Grail is a tranquil space for families and retreats; we call on guests to respect this.
